Meaning – Righteous filial piety.
Vital organ targeted by your ‘Ki’ energy – Liver.
Breathing – Uses dragon breathing method, moving the left leg
first.
Hand - Place your thumbs on the inside of your hands in a knife
hand position.
Pattern.
- Turn 90° left, step
left forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull front foot into left
back stance high section knife hand block.

Right front kick, step
into right forward stance forward high section spear finger strike.
- Right foot to left,
turn 90° right, step right forward stance high section cross block (right hand
on top)
- Circle right hand
around left palms together, leave left hand out draw right hand to hip, then
high section forward punch.

Left front kick, put
foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse then forward.).
- Right foot to left,
turn 90° right, step right forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull
front foot into right back stance high section knife hand block.

Left front kick, step
into left forward stance forward high section spear finger strike.
- Left foot to right,
turn 90° left, step left forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull
front foot into left back stance high section knife hand block.
- Right front kick, step
left side kick, turn 90° right, step right forward stance high section cross
block (right hand on top)
- Circle right hand
around left palms together, leave left hand out draw right hand to hip, then
high section forward punch.

Left front kick, put
foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse then forward.).

Right foot to left,
turn 90° left, step left horse riding stance, knife hand strike.

Step into right
forward stance, elbow target strike (kihap)

Left foot to right,
turn 270° left, step left back stance low section knife hand guarding block.

Step into right
forward stance elbow strike (fist to palm).

Right foot to left,
turn 180° right, step right back stance low section knife hand guarding block.

Step into left forward
stance elbow strike (fist to palm).
- Left foot to right,
turn 90° left, step left back stance low section knife hand guarding block,
move left foot, left forward stance reverse upper cut elbow strike.

Right front kick, step
left spinning back kick, step left back stance low section knife hand block.

Right front kick, step
into right forward stance forward high section spear finger strike.
- Left foot to right,
turn 270° left, step left forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull
front foot into left back stance high section knife hand block.

Right front kick, step
into right forward stance forward high section spear finger strike.
- Right foot to left,
turn 180° right, step right forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull
front foot into right back stance high section knife hand block.

Left front kick, step
into left forward stance forward high section spear finger strike.
- Left foot to right,
turn 90° right, step left back stance low section knife hand guarding block,
left foot move into forward stance reverse mid section punch.
