Meaning – Righteous generosity.

Vital organ targeted by your ‘Ki’ energy – Gall bladder.

Breathing – Uses dragon breathing method, moving the left leg first.

Hand - Place your thumbs on the outside of your hands in a knife hand position.

 

Pattern.

  1. Turn 90° left, step left back stance ‘C’ block, palms face outwards.

  2. Move left foot into left forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward.

  3. Right front kick, step right forward stance double punch (Forward – Reverse).

  4. Right foot to left, turn 90° right, step right forward stance, scissor block.

  5. Left front kick, step back right forward stance double punch (Reverse - forward ).

  6. Right foot to left, turn 90° right, step right back stance ‘C’ block, palms face outwards.

  7. Move right foot into right forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward.

  8. Left front kick, step left forward stance double punch (Forward – Reverse).

  9. Left foot to right, turn 90° left, step left back stance, mid section knife hand guarding block.

  10. Move left foot into left forward stance, reverse spear finger strike with elbow support.

  11. Release right hand to left ear.

  12. Right front kick, step left side kick, turn 90° right, step right forward stance, scissor block.

  13. Left front kick, step back right forward stance double punch (Reverse - forward ).

  14. Right foot to left, turn 90° left, step left back stance, mid section knife hand guarding block.

  15. Right turning kick (kihap), turn 90° left, step left back stance, left hand outer mid section knife hand block. Right hand high section knife hand block.

  16. Move left foot into left forward stance, right hand knife hand strike, left hand high section block.

  17. Right front kick, step right forward stance right back knuckle strike.

  18. Right foot to left, turn 180° right, step right back stance, right hand outer mid section knife hand block. Left hand high section knife hand block.

  19. Move right foot into right forward stance, left hand knife hand strike, right hand high section block.

  20. Left front kick, step left forward stance left back knuckle strike.

  21. Left foot to right, turn 90° left, step left back stance, mid section knife hand guarding block.

  22. Move left foot into left forward stance, reverse spear finger strike with elbow support.

  23. Release right hand to left ear.

  24. Right front kick, right foot jumping stamp ending in cross stance, back knuckle strike.

  25. Step back left foot horse riding stance, left arm elbow strike.

  26. Left foot to right, turn 90° left, ‘C’ block, palms’ face outwards.

  27. Move left foot into left forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward.

  28. Right front kick, step right forward stance double punch (Forward – Reverse).

  29. Right foot to left, turn 180° right, step right back stance ‘C’ block, palms face outwards.

  30. Move right foot into right forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward.

  31. Left front kick, step left forward stance double punch (Forward – Reverse).

  32. Left foot to right, turn 90° left, step left back stance, mid section knife hand guarding block, move left foot into left forward stance, reverse palm heal strike.
