Meaning – Righteous thought. Vital organ targeted by your ‘Ki’ energy – Spleen. Breathing – Uses archer breathing method, moving the left leg first. Hand - Place your thumbs on the inside of your 3rd (middle) finger, then close the other fingers on both hands.
Pattern. 1. Turn 90° left, step left back stance, knife hand guarding block, move right foot back into left forward stance, forward inner palm block. 2. Right front kick, step right forward stance, forward spear finger strike with elbow supported. 3. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° right, right back stance, knife hand guarding block, pull right foot back right cat stance, forward inner palm block. 4. Right front kick, put right foot into right forward stance, forward spear finger strike with elbow supported. 5. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° right, step right back stance, knife hand guarding block, move left foot back into right forward stance, forward inner palm block. 6. Left front kick, step left forward stance, forward spear finger strike with elbow supported. 7. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° left, step left back stance, knife hand guarding block, move left foot forward into left forward stance, reverse neck grab. 8. Pull right hand to right knee as you step forward, step left front kick, right foot to left, turn 90° right, right back stance, knife hand guarding block, pull right foot back right cat stance, forward inner palm block. 9. Right front kick, put right foot into right forward stance, forward spear finger strike with elbow supported. 10.Bring right foot to left, turn 90° left, step left leg, left back stance, knife hand guarding block. 11.Right turning kick, step right leg into horse riding stance, turn 270° left, left back stance knife hand guarding block, move left leg to left forward stance double choke. 12.Pull both hands to knee, step right forward stance, double inner kidney strike. 13.Turn 180° right, right back stance knife hand guarding block, move right leg to right forward stance double choke. 14.Pull both hands to knee, step left forward stance, double inner kidney strike. 15.Bring left foot to right, turn 90° left, step left back stance, knife hand guarding block, move left foot forward into left forward stance, reverse neck grab. 16.Pull right hand to right knee as you step forward, step left front kick, step right high section turning kick, put right foot down, right back stance knife hand guarding block. 17.Turn 270° left, left back stance knife hand guarding block. 18.Right front kick, step right forward stance, forward knife hand target strike (ridge hand). 19.Turn 180° right, right back stance knife hand guarding block. 20.Left front kick, step left forward stance, forward knife hand target strike (ridge hand). 21.Bring left foot to right, turn 90° left, step left back stance, knife hand guarding block, move left foot forward into left forward stance, reverse inner knife hand strike. 22.
