Meaning – Righteous Faith.

Vital organ targeted by your ‘Ki’ energy – Stomach.

Breathing – Uses archer breathing method, moving the right leg first.

Hand - Place your thumbs on the outside of your 3rd (middle) finger, then close the other fingers on both hands.

 

Pattern.

1.     Turn 90° left, step left forward stance, outer mid-section knife hand block, reverse knife hand strike.

2.  Step right forward stance, outer mid-section knife hand block, reverse knife hand strike.

3.  Bring right foot to left, turn 90° right, right crane stance, right side kick with left arm high-section outer block and right arm forward punch, step right forward stance reverse target elbow strike.

4.  Bring right foot to left, turn 90° right, Step right forward stance, outer mid-section knife hand block, reverse knife hand strike.

5.  Step left forward stance, outer mid-section knife hand block, reverse knife hand strike.

6.  Bring left foot to right, turn 90° left, step left forward stance low section cross block, pull left foot back into left back stance guarding block.

7.  Step right front kick, left side kick bring left leg back into right back stance guarding block.

8.  Step left front kick, right side kick bring right leg back into left back stance guarding block.

9.  Bring right foot to left, turn 90° right, right crane stance, right side kick with left arm high-section outer block and right arm forward punch, step right forward stance reverse target elbow strike.

10.Bring right foot to left, turn 90° left, Step left back stance guarding block.

11.Step right front kick (kihap), put right foot down turn 270° step left back stance guarding block.

12.Step right forward stance, forward uppercut elbow strike.

13.Bring right foot to left, turn 180° right, Step right back stance guarding block.

14.Step left forward stance, forward uppercut elbow strike.

15.Bring left foot to right, turn 90° left, Step left back stance guarding block.

16.Step right front kick, left side kick bring left leg back into right back stance guarding block.

17.Step left front kick, right side kick bring right leg back into left back stance guarding block.

18.Step right high-section side kick, put foot down, turn 270° step left back stance guarding block.

19.Step right forward stance, forward elbow strike (fist to palm)

20.Bring right foot to left, turn 180° right, Step right back stance guarding block.

21.Step left forward stance, forward elbow strike (fist to palm)

22.Bring left foot to right, turn 90° left, Step left back stance guarding block, move left foot forward, left forward stance reverse elbow strike (fist to palm)
