Pal Jung Do poomse.

    Pal Jung Do has been created by the WTA based on the principles of oriental  philosophy and medicine. The oriental philosophy in Pal Jung Do in based on the concept of ' Do ' and  how this relates to the function of ' Eum ' and ' Yang ' operating in the ' O-Heng ' . The oriental medicine principle uses breathing control techniques to strengthen the internal organs and the mind.

    There are eight Pal Jung Do poomse, each pattern also incorporates it's own individual breathing technique to help the flow of 'Ki' to a different area of the body, this will then strengthen the mind and body of the martial artist. All the patterns, although they have individual breathing techniques, follow the same direction of movements, the direction comes from the mudo Symbol as shown below.
