Jung Do

 

Meaning – Righteous path.

Vital organ targeted by your ‘Ki’ energy – Small Intestine.

Breathing – Uses phoenix breathing method, moving the right leg first.

Hand - Place your thumbs on the outside of your index finger, extend other fingers.

 

Pattern.

  1.  Turn 90° left, step left forward stance, assisted mid section block, drop right hand to scissors    block.

  2.  Right high section front kick, step right forward stance, high section wedge block.

  3.  Head grab, bring head to left knee, step left forward stance, twin hammer fist strike, cross stance.

  4.  Step right foot back into left forward stance, low section cross block, then high section cross block (right arm on top of left). Circle hands palm to palm, bring right hand to hip, high section reverse punch.

  5.  Bring left foot to right, turn 90° right, step right back stance, guarding block.

  6.  Left turning kick, put foot down in front, then right leg jumping spinning hook kick (360°), land left back stance, guarding block.

  7.  Bring left foot to right turn 90° right, step right forward stance, assisted mid section block, drop left hand to scissors block.

  8.  Left high section front kick, step left forward stance, high section wedge block.

  9.  Head grab, bring head to right knee, step right forward stance, twin hammer fist strike, cross stance.

  10.Step left foot back into right forward stance, low section cross block, then high section cross block (right arm on top of left). Circle hands palm to palm, bring right hand to hip, then right high section forward punch.

  11.Bring left foot to right turn 90° left, step left forward stance, assisted mid section block, drop right   hand to scissors block, then left high section forward spear finger strike, then double high section wedge block.

  1. Right high section front kick, step right forward stance, high section double punch at the same time (palms facing).

  2. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° right, step right back stance, guarding block.

  3. Left turning kick, put foot down in front, then right leg jumping spinning hook kick (360°), land left back stance, guarding block.

  4. Bring left foot to right turn 90° left, step left back stance, knife hand guarding block.

  5. Right high section side kick, step forward into a horse riding stance, right knife hand strike (kihap).

  6. Bring left foot to right turn 270° left, step left forward stance, assisted mid section block, drop right hand to scissors block,

  7. Right high section front kick, step forward into a horse riding stance, right hand mid section punch.

  8. Bring ight foot to left turn 180° right, step right forward stance, assisted mid section block, drop left hand to scissors block,

  9. Left high section front kick, step forward into a horse riding stance, left hand mid section punch.

  10. Bring left foot to right turn 90° left, step left forward stance, high section wedge block.

  11. Two steps then right leg flying side kick, land in right back stance guarding block.

  12. Bring left foot to right turn 270° left, step left back stance, guarding block. Move right foot into left forward stance, forward inner palm block.

  13. Right high section front kick, step right forward stance, forward tiger mouth strike.

  14. Bring right foot to left turn 180° right, step right back stance, guarding block. Move left foot into right forward stance, forward inner palm block.

  15. Left high section front kick, step left forward stance, forward tiger mouth strike.

  16. Bring left foot to right turn 90° left, step left back stance, guarding block. Move left foot into left forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike.
