Jung heng

 

Meaning – Righteous action.

Vital organ targeted by your ‘Ki’ energy – Heart.

Breathing – Uses phoenix breathing method, moving the left leg first.

Hand - Place your thumbs on the inside of your index finger, extend other fingers.

 

Pattern.

  1.     Turn 90° left, step left back stance, guarding block. Left hand forward punch, left hand back          knuckle strike, Move right leg back into left forward stance, left hand low section outer leg grab.

  1. Right front kick, step into right forward stance, forward punch.

  2. Turn 90° right, right leg twin side kick, low then mid. Step right forward stance, high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch.

  3. Double punch, forward then reverse.

  4. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° right, step right back stance, guarding block. right hand forward punch, right hand back knuckle strike, Move left leg back into right forward stance, right hand low section outer leg grab.

  5. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, forward punch.

  6. Bring left leg to right, turn 90° left, step left forward stance, twin low section block.

  7. Right front kick, right jumping front kick, step right forward stance, forward high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch.

  8. Turn 90° right, right leg twin side kick, low then mid. Step right forward stance, high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch.

  9. Double punch, forward then reverse.

  10. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° left, step left back stance, guarding block.

  11. Right spinning hook kick (360°), right front kick (kihap), Step turn 270° left, step left back stance, guarding block.

  12. Move left foot into left forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike.

  13. Right front kick, step right forward stance, back knuckle strike (outwards) to temple.

  14. Bring Right foot to left, turn 180° right, step right back stance, guarding block.

  15. Move right foot into right forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike.

  16. Left front kick, step left forward stance, back knuckle strike (outwards) to temple.

  17. Bring left leg to right, turn 90° left, step left forward stance, twin low section block.

  18. Right front kick, left side kick, right spinning side kick, step horse riding stance, right hand assisted elbow strike.

  19. Bring left foot to right, turn 270° right, step left back stance, guarding block. Left hand forward punch, left hand back knuckle strike, Move right leg back into left forward stance, left hand low section outer leg grab.

  20. Right front kick, step into right forward stance, forward punch.

  21. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° right, step right back stance, guarding block. right hand forward punch, right hand back knuckle strike, Move left leg back into right forward stance, right hand low section outer leg grab.

  22. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, forward punch.

  23. Bring left leg to right, turn 90° left, step left forward stance, twin low section block.

  24. Right front kick, put back into left forward stance double punch, reverse then forward.
