Thursday’s St Cuthbert’s Church, Barnsley Road, Fir Vale, Sheffield. 7 years and upwards 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Main Class Fitness based warm up and stretch for about 60 minutes. Basic Taekwondo moves and stances. Various elements to cover grading requirements; Patterns One step / three step sparring Pad work Partner work Free sparring Self-defence
