Start with a fun and games warm up Light stretch Then various fun activities to encourage development of gross motor skills and balance. Incorporating basic Taekwondo moves and some basic Korean, e.g. counting to ten.
Warm up and stretch for about 50 minutes. Basic Taekwondo moves and stances. Various elements to cover grading requirements; Patterns One step / three step sparring Pad work Partner work Light free sparring.
Alternating each week between the two. Fight Class Fight training is designed to cover basic competition fight moves and increase the fitness and speed of foot up to competition speed and power, it's also to help the student understand how to move around the opponent and floor. Self-defence. The self-defence class covers techniques from basic beginners to more comprehensive techniques and break-falling. Designed to help in everyday situations when grabbed or intimidated, where full Taekwondo techniques would not be suitable.
